Position Overview:

As a DevOps Engineer at Our Client, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the security and robustness of their digital infrastructure. Your mission will involve implementing best practices, automating processes, and ensuring seamless operations across their digital platforms. Your expertise will help them maintain their high standards of excellence and security. Proficiency in German is required, along with relevant experience and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure.
• Develop and implement security best practices and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring processes to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Design and implement strategies for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues, implementing proactive solutions.
• Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development and operations teams.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in infrastructure management and security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Relevant industry certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar.
• Proven experience in DevOps, infrastructure management, and security.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Familiarity with security frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
